After the first nine rounds of competition, Victorian Junior Championship Leagues now split with the top 10 teams forming the Championship Division and the second group of 10 teams forming the Championship Reserve League.

It has been a bumper season for the Falcons Junior Championship Teams already, with a club record seven teams qualifying for the top competition in Victoria, and another just missing out.

Under 20s runs a 10 team competition the entire season and does not split, the Under 20 Boys currently sit in second place with just one loss for the season so far.

Of the other Championship teams, three teams have finished in the top 5 of their conference and as such have qualified for the top Championship Division for the remainder of the season. The Under 18 Boys, Under 18 Girls and Under 14 Girls have all performed extremely well so far.

The Under 12 Boys, Under 14 Boys and Under 16 Boys have all had some real positives in the first half of the season, and will be hoping to make a big impact in the Reserve division through the second half of the season.

There is also a real buzz around the stadium with the rumour that a couple of Falcons teams might be playing in the National Junior Classic on Queen's Birthday Weekend, but more details on that will follow soon.
