Waverley will be holding a Beginner Referee School beginning Sunday 15 July 2012. The school dates are as follows:
6 – 8pm Sunday 15 July 2012 - First theory session
In the week beginning Monday 16 July - All participants begin on court training on either Monday, Wednesday or Thursday senior men’s basketball or Saturday U16’s basketball or Sunday U18’s basketball, and continue on their allocated night for approximately ten weeks
6 – 8pm Sunday 22 July 2012 - Second theory session
6 – 8pm Sunday 12 August 2012 - Third theory session
6 – 8pm Sunday 19 August 2012 - Fourth theory session
The cost of the course is $75 per participant and includes course notes, whistle, lanyard and training top
All applicants must be older than 14 years of age at the beginning of the first session.
Application forms are available HERE. All applications will be considered although not all applications may be accepted.
