The Under 16.1 Boys won the A Reserve Grand Final against Diamond Valley 3. It was a close encounter through the first half, however the Falcons defense lifted in the second to secure a convincing 10 point win.

It was a very successful weekend for the team, winning six of their seven games, with their sole loss being a one point heartbreaker to McKinnon 2.

The weekend showed the improvement of the team, many of whom are stepping up numerous divisions from last season, and was a great achievement for stand-in coach Darcy Couchett.

The team will now look to take this momentum into pool AA grading, which begins this Friday.
