The 12.1 girls, coached by Trevor De Jong, lost a close, hard fought grand final by just 3 points on Friday night. Playing Southern Peninsula, the final score was 22 to 25. Every game for the season had been within a few points, so it was always going to be a close contest.
The girls have had a great season, playing and training hard to reach the grand final and they celebrated their terrific season with a party after the game.
