The Waverley 14.2 boys are looking forward to their final game of the season on Sunday, the Grand Final. 

 

The boys will be playing against the always fighting Whittlesea 3’s at 2.50 at Doncaster.  The teams have played each other twice during the home and away season winning one game each and again in the 2^nd semi-final which resulted in a fabulous victory to Waverley.

 

The 14.2’s have had a great season, more wins than losses, and ended up 1^st in their pool.  A great effort by the players who have consistently displayed a never-give-up attitude and a fantastic effort by the team’s always supportive coach, Andrew Seabrook. It is the first rep season for most of the players and the experience provided by the prior rep players has been invaluable.  All in all, everyone (including the parents) have had a great season, and are nervously waiting Sunday’s game.
