It's on again, and not to be missed! Our annual Junior and Senior Presentation Night has been set for Friday 18th September, 2009.
It's the Falcons biggest party of the year, and Waverley Basketball will celebrate the season in style. Our massive screen projects the teams and achievements of the 2009 season, with movies, slide shows and presentations made throughout a jammed packed hour and a half.
We encourage you to enjoy the party atmosphere after the presentations are over. The club rooms will be serving drinks and the canteen open for hot food.
Put it in your diaries now.
The Waverley Falcons Presentation night this year unfortunately falls on the same evening as the Metro and VC Grand Finals. For the Falcon teams who cannot attend the awards night, we will repeat the event in a private function after the school holidays.
Teams that make finals on September 18, will be invited back to the Falcon Club Rooms Friday October 9th, to celebrate the season. Players, Parents, Coaching staff and supporters will be treated to a social, where the slide shows, movies, and presenters will be re-run on the plasma in the club room. Each coach can then come forward to present the awards, and give a summary of their finals experience.
This will run from approximately 7pm – 9pm depending on ‘tryouts.’ Times and dates will be confirmed closer to the event.
