The Waverley Basketball Association would like to thank Manager Shane Palmer for his service over the last 19 years. Shane has always displayed a strong and passionate work ethic.

Shane’s energy and ideas helped shape WBA into the place it is today, he was at the forefront of introducing modern technology to the stadium. So much so, we were the first stadium to be able to stream games and access live scoring.

CEO Mike Bullock acknowledged Shane’s contribution to the Association by presenting him with an honorary WBA Life Membership.

From all of us at WBA we would like to wish Shane and his family the best on their new journey.
