Congratulations to the U/16.4 Boys for winning the Premiership at the Eltham/Dandenong Tournament
A huge congratulation to our team of players Jess, Chayto, Mitch, Brett, Bradley and our three helpers Patrick, Rhys and Musa. They won all 7 games during the tournament and proceeded to the Semi-final against Werribee.
They had a very close game at the Semi-final but the players’ effort has paid off by defeating Werribee with the score of 28-23. Our team proceeded to the Grand Final to play against Eltham who we defeated on Sunday night.
The Grand final game was a very exciting game. The boys were just behind by a goal or two at half time. But our players have played a very good defence and scored lots of goals in the second half. With their determination, we once again defeated Eltham with the score of 46 to 31 and won the tournament!
