The 14.2 Boys were in a well-matched pool and each game was competitive right to the end. We came away with two wins, two losses and a draw.
In the semi-final we played Keilor, who had beaten us by 1 point after the siren in our first game. We came away with a one point win of our own to get us into the Grand Final.
The Grand Final was against Hawthorn who we had drawn with in our third game. It was close all the way through, but unfortunately Hawthorn scored with 1 second left on the clock to come away with the win.
Congratulations to my boys who played so well throughout the tournament, and to Anthony Marandola who came away with the MVP for the Grand Final game.
