WBA wishes to make patrons aware of two important matters for the safety and wellbeing of all members at Waverley Basketball Centre:

Car Park

All parents and guardians are asked by be vigilent when dropping off and picking children up from training and games. 

We strongly reccomend all children wait inside the stadium or with a responsible adult until their parents or guardians arrive.

Safety in the car park is the shared responsibility of all that use it so please be mindful when arriving or leaving the stadium.

Water Bottles

Spilt water bottles are a safety hazard and great inconvenience during competition. For the safety and comfort of all members please remind children to be careful with their water bottles to avoid spils.

Our Saturday Junior competition is experiencing significant delays due to a number of water bottle spillages each week. This is also tying up our referees and supervisors as they attend to these issues, instead of being out on court refereeing games.

Please do not play 'flip the bottle' inside the stadium.
