WBA apologises to all teams inconvenienced by the cancellation of games at Wattle Park Primary School on Saturday, July 16.

The safety of players at the venue was paramount to the decision to cancel games, as the court surface was deemed unsuitable for competitive play.

WBA appreciates the efforts of the venue supervisor, WBA staff, referee staff and club and team officials in the role they played notifying as many members as possible of the cancelled games.

All scheduled games which would have otherwise been played will be listed a draws, final scores will read 2-2.

The association has been working closely with Wattle Park Primary School to maintain the integrity of the court surface, and WBA has been assured that multiple efforts have been made to ensure the court is cleaned and maintained to an appropriate standard.

The school has been very good with their communication and willingness to work with WBA to help facilitate the association's ongoing use of the venue.
