A power fault at the stadium on Friday Night caused the loss of electrcity to the scoring monitors on Courts 1, 2 and 3. Additional problems were experienced on Courts five and six, resulting in the use of paper scoresheets for a number of Saturday junior games.

Some games were also played without the use of a visual scoreboard and clock.

The fault was fixed late on Saturday afternoon and games for the remainder of the weekend were able to be played using the normal equipment.

We are now entering results for these games and where possible including individual scorers. As all WBA Junior games are grading, results and ladders are not displayed and will not count towards final ladder positions. Results are used to help determine sections for the full season.

WBA apologises for any inconvenience caused by these issues. We appreciate the effort of weekend staff, referees, scorers and teams to ensure games were still able to be played.
