Falcons approach Crossovers with gusto

Friday, December 11 will see our Junior Falcons teams take the floor for the final time before the break for the VJBL Crossover Round.

For some of our teams, this week's game presents the opportunity to qualify for the prestigeous Victorian Junior Championship division, while plenty of others will also be playing for the chance to qualify for a higher pool in the Grading Phase 2 next year.

A special mention needs to go to our Under 14.1 Girls who have avoided the Crossover Round and qualified for VC directly by finishing first in their pool after the first grading phase.

Here are our other teams with a chance to make VC on Friday:

Under 12.1 Girls (vs Dandenong)

Under 18.1 Girls (vs Latrobe City)

Under 16.1 Boys (vs Melbourne 2)

Under 18.1 Boys (vs Sandringham)

Of course these teams will still have a chance to qualify after the break even if they are unsuccessful on Friday.

So for these and all the other Junior Falcons teams who are playing crossover games this Friday we wish the best of luck. As these are crossover games, they are played at neutral venues and as such the Falcons teams are spread all over the place this week. You can check out the VJBL website to see what teams will be playing near you.
