Champ Men and Women both grab wins

It was a successful weekend last week for the Falcons, with both Men and Women State Championship teams banking exciting wins.

The women were able to get up against Bulleen at Doncaster led by the triple threat of Bowen, Mokrzycki and Phillips. The re-introduction of Tegan Cunningham to the lineup won't do anything to hurt the Falcons chances this season either. The Falcons women head down to the peninsula this week for a matchup with the Sharks.

The men hosted Weribbee on Sunday and despite looking down and out late in the game, were able to get home on the back of some Daniel Dillon magic. The men are at home again this Sunday, April 29, against the Corio Bay Stingrays at 2:30pm.
